What we are good at, and what we are not

Being specific about this saves everyone a call. Resser Solutions has been running since 2018 out of Zagreb, every engineer on a project is senior, and we work under EU law.

The size is the point. Product teams run two to eight people, so the person who scopes your work is the person who builds it. Four of our eight reference products are ones we co-own rather than merely deliver, which means we carry product risk and not just delivery risk. It also means we cannot put thirty developers on something next month, and we will say so rather than promise it and hire in a hurry.

• Software a business depends on daily, where downtime and wrong numbers cost real money.
• Systems somebody else built, that now need assessing, fixing or taking over.
• AI inside software that already exists, delivered into production rather than into a demo.
• Work where EU jurisdiction and data residency are requirements rather than preferences.

How an engagement usually starts

Almost always with a discovery week. Fixed fee, five working days, and a written scope with a firm price at the end of it. If the engagement is an assessment rather than a build, that fee comes off your first invoice when we go on to do the work.

We would rather charge for that week and give you something defensible than write a free proposal full of assumptions. The scope is yours either way. If you take it to another supplier, that happens and it is a fair outcome.
