What we collect
If you fill in our contact form, we receive your name, email, and message so we can reply. Providing this data is voluntary; without it we cannot respond to your inquiry. With your consent, our analytics and chatbot may collect basic usage data. We keep contact form data for as long as it is needed to handle your inquiry (typically up to 24 months), and analytics data for up to 14 months.
Legal basis for processing
We process personal data on the following grounds under GDPR Article 6: the contact form relies on pre-contractual measures at your request (Art 6(1)(b)) and our legitimate interest in responding to inquiries (Art 6(1)(f)); analytics and the chatbot rely on your explicit consent via the cookie banner (Art 6(1)(a)), which you can withdraw any time via Cookie Preferences in the footer; essential storage (language, cookie choice) relies on our legitimate interest in keeping the site functional (Art 6(1)(f)).
Cookies and third parties
We use essential storage to remember your language and cookie choice. Analytics and the chatbot widget load only after you click Accept. You can change this anytime via the Cookie Preferences link in the footer. The third-party services we rely on are Google Analytics (usage analytics), VG Chatbot (chat widget), Google Apps Script (contact form delivery) and Google Fonts (font delivery).
International data transfers
Some of our processors are based in the United States: Google Analytics, Google Apps Script, Google Fonts, and the VG Chatbot CDN. Transfers rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (Google is DPF-certified) and Standard Contractual Clauses where applicable. You can request a copy of the applied safeguards by emailing us.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, correct inaccurate or incomplete data, delete your data (right to be forgotten), restrict processing in specific situations, receive your data in a portable machine-readable format, object to processing based on legitimate interest, withdraw consent at any time, and lodge a complaint with the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP, www.azop.hr) or the supervisory authority in your country.
