A bit about us
Resser Solutions d.o.o. is a Croatian software studio focused on end-to-end engineering. We build native mobile apps in Swift and Kotlin, backend systems in .NET and C#, and modern web frontends in Angular and Blazor. The team prioritizes clean code, observability, and long-term maintainability over short-term shortcuts.
We are based in Zagreb and work as a reliable delivery partner for agencies and product teams across Europe. We integrate directly into your workflow, whether as a whitelabel development team or as a trusted outsourcing partner, and we handle the technical heavy lifting from architecture decisions to production deployments.
Our developers have shipped systems for healthcare, construction, hospitality, and logistics clients. We work with transparent communication, agile methodologies, and the understanding that the second version of the code is usually the one we want to ship, not the first.

- Every engineer on a project is senior. There is no junior layer learning on a client invoice.
- Product teams run two to eight people, sized to the scope rather than to the invoice.
- Four of our eight reference products are ones we co-own, so we carry product risk and not only delivery risk.
- Products in production across five countries, with the longest partnership running continuously since 2019.
- More than ten projects delivered white-label behind a partner brand, roughly a fifth of our work.
- Two engagements have kept the same core team for more than five years.
Where we fit, and where we do not
We sell engineering outcomes rather than seats, which places us between staffing suppliers and full-service consultancies.
A staffing supplier sends you capacity and leaves the delivery risk with you. A full-service consultancy bundles strategy, design and programme leadership, with the commercial weight that comes with it. We take architecture, engineering, QA and production for an agreed scope, and we keep evolving it after launch.
Which means we are the wrong choice in two situations, and it is cheaper to hear that now. If you need thirty developers next month, we cannot do it and will not pretend otherwise. And if you want people to manage yourself day to day, a staffing supplier will serve you better and cost less.
