What working here looks like
We are a small, senior team. Most of our developers have shipped production software for more than five years. That changes how we work: less hand-holding, more ownership, and a strong bias toward writing the second version of the code before the first one goes live.
We work in Zagreb and remotely across Europe. Hours are flexible around standard overlap windows. We take continuous learning seriously, both as a hiring filter and as a budget line. Conference travel, books, and certifications are paid for.
What you will work with
- Mobile. Native iOS (Swift) and Android (Kotlin), Kotlin Multiplatform where it fits
- Web. Angular, Blazor, React, TypeScript — mostly Angular here
- Backend. .NET 8/9, C#, Entity Framework, plus Node and Python where they earn it
- Data. MS SQL, PostgreSQL, Redis, and a strong opinion about ORMs
- DevOps. Azure, AWS, Terraform, GitHub Actions, observability via Grafana or Datadog
